NEW! Prenatal Pilates Group Classes at LSQP 🤰💛

We’re excited to share that LSQP is launching a beta Prenatal Pilates Program designed specifically to support pregnancy in a group class setting! If you, your partner, or a friend is pregnant, this is the perfect class to join to learn how to best take care of your body during this exciting time!

CLASS DETAILS:

WHO: Open to anyone who is currently pregnant! 

 

WHAT: Small Group Prenatal Classes taught by Anita and Aileen (alternating each week). While our regular group classes can accommodate those earlier in their pregnancy, this class is appropriate for everyone at any stage of pregnancy. By joining, folks will learn how to better support themselves when more significant movement modifications are needed, gaining skills that can be brought into other classes and movement in their daily life.

 

WHERE: Logan Square Pilates + Core, 2774 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60647

 

WHEN: Weekly on Sundays at 2:00 PM, first class starting December 7th. You may drop into class at any point, though we do recommend continual practice to best support your body. Usual cancellation policies applies.

 

PRICE: Regular equipment packs and memberships can be used for payment.

 

WHY A PRENATAL PROGRAM?

While all of our instructors are trained in prenatal Pilates and have worked with pregnant people, it is typically in a private, individualized setting. We have heard time and time again a desire to have a group class for both financial accessibility and to have a community to bond with. Thus, Aileen and Anita have been diligently working together to define a new prenatal program in a weekly group format.

 

Because every pregnancy is different, we’re looking for participants who are open to:

  • Trying a group setting with us

  • Approaching the class with curiosity

  • Providing candid feedback so we can refine the program and better support our community
