Pilates Fundamentals Workshop: Sat 5/4
Join us for our first Pilates Fundamentals Workshop, Saturday 5/4 from 2:30 to 4pm! Get introduced to Pilates or deepen your practice by breaking down the six core Pilates principles in a 90-minute Pilates mat workshop with hands-on adjustment and personalized feedback from two of our expert instructors, Aileen and Katie G.
Yoga + Pilates for Stress management Workshop: Sat 5/11
Interested in the benefits of meditation, but just can’t figure out how to get started? Join the amazing Jennifer Lynne Le Vine on Saturday 5/11 from 2:30 to 4:00 pm for a deep dive into creating a sustainable and consistent yoga and meditation practice. Jennifer will lead attendees through all of the steps to bring the calming power of meditation into their daily lives.
