Fall Pilates + Yoga for Runners 4 week series
Maximize your performance at the Chicago marathon, hit your PR at other fall races, or simply ease into colder weather running by using a combo of Pilates and yoga to loosen up tight muscles, strengthen and stabilize your core, and improve your flexibility. This 4-week series runs on Thursdays from 6:30-7:45pm, starting Sep 6th!
Pilates @ the logan square farmers market
We're excited to announce that we will be teaching a free open level Pilates Mat class at the Farmers Market! Bring a yoga mat, your friends and family, and meet us there. Beginners welcome! Sundays from 11:30am to 12:15pm from May 13th through October 28th, weather permitting.
