Baby + Me Yoga Class: Saturday 12/15
Join our awesome yoga instructor + mama Katie for a special Baby + Me Yoga class on Saturday 12/15 at 3:30pm. This class will combine yoga and play to provide you a great workout while strengthening the bond between you and your infant. We welcome new and experienced yogi parents/caregivers to this class and understand babies can be unpredictable so nurse/feed, cuddle, and come and go out of the room as you please. The class will incorporate 45 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes to hold space for sharing and connecting on parenting topics, answering questions, and letting caregivers and babies socialize with each other. Baby age: 4 weeks to pre-crawling (no crawlers, please). Sign up on our class schedule via the link below.
Flow for the Core Charity Donation Class: Sunday 12/16
Fire up your 3rd chakra in Michelle's December charity donation class, Flow for the Core, on Sunday 12/16 at 11am. Our 3rd Chakra, or our Solar Plexus, holds our internal fire and balances our willpower, confidence, and self discipline, among other things. The main function of this energy center is to provide actual momentum to move forward and realize personal desires and intentions in the world. We will ignite this momentum through a focused flow - hopefully igniting the personal conversation within yourself and our community.
As part of our monthly charity donation class series, all proceeds from this class will be donated to Michelle's selected charity: Hope for The Day, working tirelessly to achieve proactive suicide prevention by providing outreach and mental health education. Suggested donations of $18 will be collected at the start of class. Walk-ins welcome or reserve your spot via the link below.
