All new Pilates students at LSQP are required to pick one of these two launch paths. These intro packages are available one-time only per client. Classes or sessions must be completed within one month from the first session.
LSQP LAUNCH PACK: 4 CLASSES FOR $59
For those who enjoy a group dynamic, we’re excited to provide the opportunity for a hands-on introduction to Pilates reformer and mat while learning what makes LSQP unique, with our LSQP Launch Pack! This special class pack includes 4 Pilates classes for only $59, including a 90-minute Launch Class designed for first-timers to the studio followed by 3 Pilates classes in your choice of equipment or mat formats.
This specially designed package starts with the LSQP Launch Class, a 90 minute session taught by our lead instructor, Aileen. This class is devoted to immersing students in the body-positive and welcoming community of LSQP, allowing you to get comfortable with our Balanced Body machines and reviewing the Pilates Method.

Following the LSQP Launch Class, each client is free to use the remaining 3 classes in their Launch Pack to explore LSQP’s offerings in whatever way they see fit! You can hone your skills, try out a mix of our wonderful instructors, and start feeling the burn. Pilates Mat, Reformer, or Barre classes, it’s up to you!
The LSQP Launch Pack expires 1 month after your introductory class, encouraging you to build up a consistent Pilates practice and start seeing results as soon as possible.
NEW CLIENT PACK: 2 PRIVATE SESSIONS FOR $99
For those who feel most comfortable in a 1:1 environment, we highly recommend starting with our New Client Private Pilates Equipment Pack.
Private sessions are fully tailored to you - particularly beneficial for those who are brand new to Pilates, for those who are coming to Pilates with an injury or condition, or for anyone looking for highly customized instruction.
Our expertly trained instructors will start you off by discussing your goals and any injuries or conditions. They'll then work 1:1 with you over two 55-minute sessions, focusing on form, breathing, and mind-body connection. At the end of your 2 sessions, you can discuss continuing with private practice or group equipment class options, or a combination!
Want to get started with a friend or family member in a private setting? Our New Client Duet Pilates Equipment Pack is also a great option with 2 sessions for $59 per person (clients must book together and pay separately.)

I’ve done Pilates at a different studio, do I really need to do the LSQP Launch Pack?
We require all Pilates students who are new to our studio to start with the LSQP Launch Pack because there is no better way to get introduced warmly and safely to our equipment, space, and principles. From your very first session at our studio, you will be welcomed into the LSQP tribe, shown the ropes, and provided with a refresher on Pilates fundamentals, so you are ready to take advantage of everything we have to offer. Plus - you get 4 classes for only $59 - an amazing deal!
What exactly happens in the LSQP Launch Class?
In this 90-minute class you will begin to learn just how Pilates is unlike any other form of exercise. We will introduce you to the Reformer, Mat, our unique movement vocabulary, and how the principles of Pilates - concentration, control, center, breath, position, and fluidity - are incorporated into every movement. You learn how to be in charge of your Reformer, how to incorporate a particular breath pattern, and begin to unpack the unique way one moves in a Pilates practice. This class will prepare you to understand optimal alignment and build a firm foundation in which you can build a solid Pilates practice that allows you to get the most out of every session.
I’m pregnant, where should I start?
Pilates has been shown to increase pelvic floor muscle strength, endurance, and repeatability in pregnant women - aiding in labor and recovery. Please note that we highly encourage pregnant women who are past their first trimester to attend dedicated prenatal Pilates classes or private/duet sessions only.
I’m recovering from an injury, what do you recommend?
Clinical studies have found that Pilates is an effective rehab tool, particularly in reducing pain and disability. We recommend anyone with an injury start with our new client pack of 2 private Pilates sessions to benefit from a 1:1 assessment and guidance from our instructors.
We also always recommend that anyone with a special situation or condition consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise regimen like Pilates.
