Logan Square Pilates + Core Studio is offering a combined yoga + pilates class that is bound to leave your muscles fired up and your joints mobilized. Whether you're working up to a sprint tri, an Ironman, or an Ultra we have you covered. This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels.
The workshop will be co-taught by Paige, comprehensive certified Pilates instructor and Wren, registered yoga teacher and triathlete!
