part-time front desk associate

Front Desk Associate will welcome and assist our returning, new and prospective clients every other Saturday. The position will also support client on-boarding, satisfaction and retention through email and phone communication.



  • Passionate about health, wellness and building community

  • Quick and effective problem solving skills with a calm disposition

  • Excellent customer service, sales, writing and communication skills

  • Must have proficient computer and tablet skills

  • Mindbody administration experience is ideal but not required

  • Access to reliable transportation to and from the studio

  • Able to work independently without monitoring

  • Must be available to work every other Saturday



  • Oversee front desk: walk-ins, sales, studio tours, client issues, problem solving and class check-ins

  • Communicate with studio management, instructors and clients via email, phone and in person

  • Studio opening, closing, and/or minor upkeep tasks

  • Assist in answering studio emails and phone calls

  • Client on-boarding and retention communication

  • Assist studio co-owners and management as needed



  • Approximately 5 hours every other week to start, with option to sub additional hours

  • Trade for free pilates, barre, and yoga classes
